I am a qualified Sports Therapist, Pilates Instructor, Wattbike Instructor, Running and Triathlon Coach. I have competed several times for Great Britain as an Age Group Triathlete and have run Marathons in New York, London and Edinburgh. I have cycled from Lands End to John'o'Groats and taken part in numerous mountain marathons and long distance trail races.
